I am currently seeking an after school (7:55AM-1:55PM) job. Part -Time or Full - Time.

Here's a few lines from my resume to get an idea of what I'm looking for.

I am a student at Traviss Tech in the Automotive Service Technology program. I am looking for a job to help pay for my schooling as well as give me some more experience in this field or any other fields pertaining to automotive, electronics, and or computers.

I am a very good "people" person per se'. Working with others is what I do best, but when needed, I work well without supervision.I have a very good work ethic, making quality, speed, and consistency a focal point in my jobs. Keeping the consumer happy is what service is all about, if the customer isn’t happy I’m not happy.
I am great with computers, electronics, general automotive skills such as maintenance and minor repairs as well as performance, I do very well. I have a working knowledge of most computer software as well as computer repair, CAD (Computer Aided Design)/drafting, business management, blue-print reading, assembly line work, automotive repair, sales/customer service, woodworking/lathe operation, the design and making of fiberglass parts, shipping/receiving, and some restaurant experience. I am not an "expert" in any field but I do know a lot about business and what it takes to have a good one.

Assuming that nobody that responded to your posts after 3 bumps (with the exception of me)....should tell you to pick up a newspaper or employment guide for your area, look through the jobs posted on here, or go to either monster.com or hotjobs.com. The job isn't just going to come to you, you gotta put some effort in and fill out numerous applications and follow up with people.

Have you tried checking with auto delaerships, technology companies/firms?

Problem is, I'm still in school. No one wants a student, even if he's willing to work full-time after school

Other issue is I don't have a FL license, can't get one until I pay an old fine which has tallied up with interest over $400. Can't get a job without a FL license, can't get a license without a job

If I could work during reg hours like 8-5 I could find a job no problem. Thanks for trying though ;) hotjobs.com, etc. are getting spammed with nonsense jobs. I still skim through them, but nothing has come of it.

Hey bro'....I agree that hot jobs has alot of garbage on there, but Monster is still pretty decent. I can see now that you have quite a predicament on your hands. I understand that you are looking for something that will help get you some experience. Have you tried looking at some smaller owned auto shops? (GoodYear, Just Brakes, Midas, etc.) This won't help you experience wise, but you can usually make some good money as a server/bartender at a restaurant if you are just looking for something to help pay the bills.
