Heres the low down, I used to run a dj business that catered to everything from house parties, to weddings, business parties, everything.... I was just curious to see if within Tampa Racing there was a demand for this kind of service.... I like to stay up on the game so my rates are very competitive and I will offer a discount for Tampa Racing members If I decide to continue in the business ... I have close to $5,000 in equipment, which to give you an idea, is enough to turn any average recreation center or clubhouse into a small night club....
Like I said, I am just gauging the interest/demand for this type of service to decide wether to go back into the business or not...
I am also experienced with Catering and was trained and certified within the Florida Restaurant Associations culinary arts and food service program, and I have a Safe Staff certification....

anyone?
My and my partner have own own DJ business. This area is not so main stream like orlando and miami but you can stay pretty busy. If you specialize, that is where the money is at. We specialize in Latin music and we are busy all of the time.

I wanna open a catering business.... I did a 4 hour catering job for a wedding (Just let me add they ordered all the food pre prepped so all I did was arrange it nicely and keep it all stocked...) and made $200... didnt cook or prep a thing... food was delivered, I put it out and made it look pretty and kept it that way for 4 hours, and got paid and ate a free meal....
