Depends on what position you start out in. I believe CSR pays the highest of the entry level positions. All positions base pay commensurates with experience. I was making over $13 an hour to start when I was there.

I'm not looking for entry level....I've got a degree and experience....so the only entry level I'd consider would be management.

we've got 401k, who doesn't, they'll match 1 for 1 percent, 2 for 3 percent and 3 for 5 percent. they have alot of different benifit plans as far as health ins, cigna and accordia. i still have health insurance through my dad until i'm 23 so i don't go through them right now but my fiance pays like $80 a month i think for hers, but it's the best plan they offer.
also you get like 17 paid days a year of "etb" earned time benefit. every 2 weeks you earn 5.85 hrs of vacation time.

The pay is much better, works around my school more, they are paying for 80% of my school even though it's not business related, 401k plan kicks ass too. Check out how much I'll be making in employee referrals alone on my other thread.
I have a roadside assistance program through them that I only pay $1.25 per each paycheck, and covers the entire family in case we need a tow, gas, coolant etc. I know that my insurance company only covers 1 free tow, after that you have to pay for it. WIth this program though, you won't have to worry about that.
They offer employee credit cards too at a 5.99 % APR. Nice ass gym with Nautilus Equipment ($25.00 a month) that includes personal trainers, locker, and a laundry service that washes your gym clothes and has them ready for you in your locker the next day. Those are just a few of the benefits.
Anyways, I'm starting to hi-jack the thread here. I have nothing against Progressive. They are an awesome company, I just happened to receive a better offer.

You sit and wait for a recruiter to contact you back. Don't get excited yet, becuase that's just the automated message they send out to all applicants.
They should contact you within 5 business days, they say it can take up to two weeks, but that's usually BS. If you don't hear anything in about a week, then your qualifications probably didnt match.

if they consider you it'll be like 10 business days, if they don't you'll get a letter in the mail in a while.
