what are you going to major in? sometimes you can get a paraprofessional position in something you're planning on going into because a company sees you as a possible investment. we used to have one at my firm.

i'd STRONGLY suggest you NOT major in business management. that's basically the degree you get if you don't want to apply yourself for something else. if you're going into business and going to USF, i'd suggest accounting (it worked for me). that's their only good program in business worth a shit.
if you're interested in marketing, finance, or something else transfer to UF. a business management degree from USF will likely get you a job making $25-$30K when you come out.

Well you might be right.
I dont want to sound prissy but my goal was get that, come back to venice, work for my dad, he shows me the ropes and he said he could teach me, therefore i will be making close to $160K a year. And thats just how much he makes now, We have a lot more projects going up, and new ideas :)

hahaha.. no :) If it were up to me i would want to do photography, and paint. BUT really, i am use to having money so i need to start thinking a bit more realistic in being able to take care of myself. I will always be able to paint on the side :)

As you progress through your working years a degree becomes less and less important. Apply yourself assiduously in whatever you do and you will be successful.

Seriously where are the GOOD jobs in Florida it seems that most are 20k - 40k. I moved her in 1996 but didnt stat working til 1998. I realize I work in a useless field "graphic design", because a lot of no talent people are getting degrees. After 6 years of working in the field with a degree, Im not happy with my annual income. May have to work for myself and not a company to boost my income goals.
Victoria does your dad work for himself? 160k a year income? Going to teach you but you don't really need a degree for it. Damn I wish I had these oppurtunitys in my life. WhenI attended school I worked at Busch Gardens. They are ok with easy schedules. Most of the jobs are shitty (but fun due to mostly college kids). You get free tickets and free beer.
