They are hiring it is 10hr for training then when you get onto the floor it is 11hr only like 10 to 20 calls a day. Pretty easy it is in Netpark the old eastlake mall.

you take calls from customers that call in about there cars, restoring cars, locating dealerships,calling dealers for cust different things like that $10 an hour in training and $11 an hour out of training. phone number is 635 - 4000 and tell them Robert Emanuel reffered you i think you have to have at least a years customer service experince but they don't check and they do drug test,

like 35 hours a week i work from 9-4:30pm and you take like 15-20 calls a day maybe less.

wow. you guys take under 20 calls a day? Take a little walk to the ALLTEL call center (suite 1100) and take 90 a day. Why so little call volume? ...or is it the amount of work you have to do for each call?

How are the benefits? I take like an average of 55 calls a day at Progressive and its been like that for 2 years now...im contemplating it...

where is this place located exactly? Do they offer partime schedules? How is the training set-up? What are the job duties associated with this position and what type of envirement is it?

Progressive is a much better company to work for than Sitel. Sitel is a lot of people that are pissed off about their cars. The reason that it's only 15 - 20 calls a day is because once you take the call, you have to call the dealership to verify everything and all this other crap. There isn't any down time because you are pretty much always either getting a new call or working on your open cases. Also, Progressive has better benefits than Sitel to answer your question.

It is located in NetPark. 56th and Hillsborough Ave. Right near the Seminole Casino. The old EastLake Mall.

Though, I wouldn't recommend Sitel...just go a couple doors down to ALLTEL. I've been there for years...and I really like my job.
