no sir but i play Eq2 - Oasis server - 48 Ranger / and a bunch of mid 20's tanks.

I've been wanting to play it, but Im not going to spend 50 dollars, and then another 30/mo for the game. Maybe if I pirate a copy I'll spend the 30/mo on it.

WoW is far far far too simple and easy for my taste.. i like something a bit less cartoonish and a bit more in depth.

... WoW is prolly one of the biggest MMO's right now.... And right now.. EQ2.... Ever look at there server pop? they have NEXT TO NONE! on either of them... WOW>all MOO's

WoW will only be worth playing after Battlegrounds. And then, I dont even know if it'll be worth it then.

I dunno guys, but I think WoW is a great game due to fluid pvp (unlike previous mmo's) and quick downtimes. Also, I really enjoy the higher end teamwork that is necessary. So far I really like it, however I havent played EQ2

i look at it like this .. WoW is great if you just wanna easy laid back game with cartoonish graphics.. kinda arcade like.. Eq2 takes alot more though.. more time to level .. the raidng is alot tougher.. and the crafting game alot tougher.. its got alot more detail .. both in graphics.. and quests.. its just more of a polished game..

as for server populations.. i have no problems on Oasis ..its not over crowded at all .. and i can always find a group if i need it.. i think the population is about perfect.. even on the under populated Test server EQ2 functions just fine if there arent a whole bunch of people on..

The quests are amazing though.. and some of the new zones they have introduced recently are just SO much fun.. the 1st expansion comes out in Sept.. raising the ceiling to lvl 60 .. introducing arena based PvP etc etc..

btw.. their is a free trial for EQ2 for anyone wanting to try it.. if you do.. give me a hollar via PM and I'll create a newbie char and run through the Isle of Refuge with you.. its better with 2 :)

Its all about setting rules .. i have certain times set aside to game.. and certain times for my familly and work and TR etc etc .. its just about finding a balance..

playing MMORPGs is no diff to if i had any other hobby.. in moderation its fine.
