you need to probably get to about 180 lbs, so you want about 5000 calories a day. split up into 6 meals, thats about 800-850 calories per meal. eat every 3 hours, and make sure you lift 3-4 times a week with cardio mixed in!

at 5' 11 and 155 you should be ripped lol i am 5'8 190 and i am not even near big enough, and one common myth is people think if they train hard they are gonna blow up like ronnie coleman, thats not tru he has been lifting hard for 20+years(and takes soem test and other things). from training hard and dieting harder will just help you relize you goal faster, so don't belive by working out for thre months your gonna wake up one day 250lbs ripped it ani't gonna happen. this a post in genral i know you never stated that.

Learn your foods would be the best advise I could give you right now, rule of thumb on growth or maintance is 1.5grams of protein per lb of lean body mass.
Proteins - Chicken, Fish, Lean Beef
Complex carbs - Like Brown Rice, Rolled Oats, Sweet Potatos
low efas (essenial fatty acids) basically almonds or peanuts.
and 2.5 cups of green veggies like brocolli or snow peas something like that.
Take your multis
and last but not least cardio and weights!
Your going to have to setup a meal plan and eat the same basic diet until you find the right calorie intake for your lifestyle, once you have that you can adjust accordingly. to lose fat or gain muscle.
I know that was kind of a haphazord post, but I tryed to answer quickly.

see being taller you actually have a tougher time than crx89si because he's got the low and wide build. im the same way as you, long and skinny. the short wide guys put on muscle fast and can put on A LOT of it, so tall skinny guys have to work twice as hard on the weights, but half as hard to keep the fat off.
