LOL alright guys Its summer and Ive been slacking alot lol I usually sleep till 1-2pm every day since I work late and have no summer school. I feel really different like bags under my eyes and never really clear minded lol. Im never like this and I seriously dont feel right with myself, so Im thinking I should start working out and getting alot more focused with myself. So I need a routine for Mon-Fri. I mean I get my cardio because I run just about everyday so that isnt a issue but I really dont watch what I eat at all lol. Im like 6'4 and weigh about 160 and Im 4% percent body fat.So I need to start working out, eating right and taking vitamins. Now with the question lol wtf do I do lol Im clueless at this point all I know is I have a YMCA card and a blender so someones gotta help me out.
Cliff notes: I wanna get bigger and feel better with myself and have a Ymca card and blender.

Just try to get a routine going. It sucks going to the gym at first but if you stay at if for a few weeks you'll get pissed at yourself if you don't go. I was about 160 3-4 years ago, I'm now 197-198 and I'm 5'10". Just eat a lot of lean protien, try to stay away from soda and all that garbage. Also make sure you stretch really good, I made that mistake of not doing that enough and had some injuries along the way. One last thing if you want to get big, MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR LEGS. Most people don't like leg work outs, but you will only get so big if you don't, and you'll look retarded.

truer words were never spoken. and if you're paying for a Y membership, i don't see how you couldn't go. i do not understand how some people pay for a gym membership and never go.
just go to www.bodybuilding.com or www.abcbodybuilding.com and come up with some exercises. read some articles and start trying to figure out what works best for you. you'll definitely want to do high weight low reps to bulk up though. i'd also suggest protein (lots of it) and creatine. those pretty much work on everyone.
