I try to keep my grocery list lean and healthy, but i have such a sweet tooth. I always end up getting cookies, and snacks . Does anyone have any advise on a healthy, tasty alternative to those?

try cookies and snacks sweeted with splenda or for diabetics. depends on how lean and healthy you are trying to keep your diet. if you just want to rid yourself of the sweets, try substituing them for fruit.

You bring up a good point, you should be drinking 1-2 gallons of water per day.

Designer Chocolate Whey Protien or whatever brand you like. When you get a sweet tooth make some chocolate milk. It's healthy, filling and taste good.
