.. Ive decided that I will share my knowledge with this forum and attempt to keep the smart ass jokes to a minimum. Colby has vowed to keep this place BS free so if you stake some claims, you better be ready to back them up with facts or proof. 98% of this shit I post will not be a random link to a Bodybuilding site, it will be info that ive researched and tried myself. If you dont agree with what i have to say, please dont PM me with "your doing it all wrong" b/c i dont give a shit. Not to sound too cocky here, but most of the people posting on this small site will be lucky to ever see 200 lbs, EVER. If you have a disagreement with my statement, give me you own factfilled R&D's info, not "something you read on BB.com" or that shit, b/c anyone can be an internet genius.

Ill start off with my stats. Im 6'0" currently 260 lbs, BF at or around 21-24%. Im currently bulking and plan to do so for another 6 weeks. As of June 1st I was at 233 and under 20% BF, but its obviously gone up. 2 1/2 years ago, I weighed 315 lbs with god knows how high of BF and suprisingly enough, lost most of my weight and gained a good protion of my muscle mass on the Ketosis or "low carb" diet. I did it b/c everyone said I couldnt gain muscle mass while on it and guess what? I DID! I went from a max bench press of 185 to 325 (one rep) in less than 10 months, gained an inch in arm size and built up my back. Unfortunatly my shoulder size was lacking (and still kinda is, comparitivly) but the strength is there. My latest(4th set) barbell bench press set was 305 lbs @ 8 reps. My arms measure in at 18" solid and my squat is @ 275, 8 reps(28 1/2" thigh). I have a full list of weights and measurements, but those are the basics.

Like I stated earlier, Im fat right now. Thats the price i pay for bulking. Am I bulking 100% clean? hell no, id never get the calories i need per day (5k) nor the protien (500g/day) If anyone has any SERIOUS questions to ask me about mass gaining, please feel free to ask. Im not a fan of skinny guys or Abs so dont ask me questions about either one, b/c i wont answer and ill be tempted to make a smart ass comment. Theres my novel.

I guess I’ll put up my story here, I know I’m new to this site, I’m just here helping Colby post up good information and answer questions to the best of my knowledge.

I started at 250lbs about 30% bf trying to get enlisted into the military. I had high blood pressure and was obviously over weight. So I exercised and lost enough weight to meet my requirements at 216 23% bf, granted a lot was water and a lot of muscle but that’s my start.

From there I started lifting heavy and went on my “bulk” for about a year and I topped out at 236 I don’t know what my bf was, I didn’t care too much but it was high. So I decided to drop what I had; now I’m 5’ 10” 205lbs 16-17% bf.

I dont meen to sound cocky.

Its not how big or how strong, its how defined but still having gobs of muscle. being "Skiny" has nothing to do with it. I respect your method, but would in no way use it.

Congrats on your new position however.

I appreciate your input. Everybody has thier own way and as long as its not detrimental to thier health, I wont say a thing to contradict them. Most people on here seem to be goin for the "beach body" look which is fine, the women love it. Thats not exactly what im after, but i can appreciate it and attempt to further thier process with what knowledge i have.
