The closer you are to 700......the better. Above 700 is pretty good.

Here is a site that I found on the web.... it's called ww.ushud.com I put in fake info in order to see the property details or you can click the continue search button. From the property appraisers web site I can see that these homes are in the hands of freddie mac or FHA.
