Well today I hit up GMC bought me some amplify,X-plode and some nitrix. So im finally gonna brake my ymca card in lol Im gonna keep on posting with my results so hopefully everything will work out to my advantage.Im gonna work out later tonight just a little bit then start with it tomorrow morning.I hope I get bigger.

If this is the 1st time you work out (or 1st time in a long time) I recommend you start off slow.
If you get real sore (which you will) it may discourage you from going back, take it slow for the 1st week.

I was going to ask that as well, but i doubt he has a clue which exercises he's going to be doing. He seems like a first timer. Hopefully he'll take one of the free personal training appointments they usually over you in the beginning.

Well for now IM just gonna be eating food low in fat and high and protein but sooner or later Im gonna have a diet its just to early for me to decide. My workout is going to be mon wed fri upper body and tues thurs legs. If anyone wants to chime in and help me out that would be great and yes vito I am a first timer lol so any help would be very appreciative.

You might want to break your routine down a little more, check out the "Post Your Routine" Thread. Also, with your diet, make sure you're drinking 1-2 gallons of water per day, and also make sure you're eating 5-7 times a day. If you have ANY questions about anything more specific, or whatever, just ask.
