I've been slowly changing my life's financial situation around over the past few years. It's been a slow process, and I've learned alot. Each step of the way, I've had to make choices and sacrifices. I wish somebody was around to guide me, but unfortunately, they weren't. As many of you know, I am a research freak. Everything I do is backed by alot of reading, I do not partake in 'pie-in-the-sky' or 'get-rich-quick' schemes.

I haven't been compelled to share this info, because TampaRacing wasn't the right place, but I feel that TampaForums is.

What will follow over the this series is based off of experiences, and research. I will inject as much personal information as I can, and over time, I will use myself as my own case study. Other members will get to share in viewing how I decide to make sacrafices, and what transpires from these decisions.

This is not an overnite series, and success is not guaranteed, but nobody is perfect. If your reading this and thinking "I don't need this", than you probably have not reached that point in your life where things like this matters, and I suggest that you come back and re-read this when you get to that point. Trust me, one day you will be there.

So hopefully, things will continue to work out, and all of TampaForums can learn something (including myself).

This will be an interactive experience. Please feel free to comment, add your own personal thoughts, and the likewise, BUT...NO PERSONAL ATTACKS will be tolerated. There is no 'right' answer, just opinions, and we are all entitled to ours. Please remain open minded.

Thank You
Charles

So what do you plan on doing first? Be a little miser and stay in your house all day?

okay...I'm not entirely following what it is you are going to be posted but it seems as though you will talk about situations in which you could save/make $ and let TR, err, TF decide for you? THis could get interesting.

I think there will be some thought provoking conversations about this. I am doing the same exact thing right now in my life.

This will merely be a guide to help others find out where they are financially, and hopefully get them where they want to be.

But it always changes though. What works now might not work 10 years from now.

oh yea! and I would like to purchase the house cash and then take a loan out on that house as equity and do something with that cash. Another house duplex, triplex something. My father used to do interiors for houses so I could fix them up pretty good with his skills thaught to me.

Why don't you hold on and read the different chapters. The process that I will take you through will work today and tomorrow, just as it did in the past.
