I see alot of people that hit the gym and some that want to start. What are your goals?
I want to be ~235lbs and <12% BF. I dont want to be Mr. Olympia and be so damn big I cant wash my own armpits :D Ill see what I look like then and decide if I just want to maintain it or grow some more ;)

Hmm. Probably about 190-200lbs with about 7-9%BF.
My current goal is to drop about 15lbs of fat.

19 inch arms... completely lean. Ripped back... top weight around 235-240 all muscle, about 7% bf. Id be ok now If I could loose my lil pouch and get my last two abs.

Short term goal, within the next 6 months, would be to get my bf to 8% After that I want to build until I'm 215-220lbs 8-9% bf

i want to lose about 5% body fat. i dont really have a wieght goal bc i also want to gain some muscle and tone and i know that its gonna weigh more than fat.

basically I have to lose 16lbs of fat and build 25lbs of muscle.

It sucks ass doesnt it!
I have the top 2 1/2 on each side.... then the pooch LOL. From the pooch I get back to the little V that everyone goes for (forgot the muscle group... sorry).
Any pointers for me and country to lose that little son of a bitch? I havent drank in probably a month And it still persists... And no I dont eat fast food...
Am I on the right track with running and diet? Has to be an exercise I can do that works... High chairs suck.

That part and the love handles are the hardest part to lose. Some people try and try and end up having lipo done to get rid of it. I could probably do it when I start to cut, but I want to reach my goal weight first. Its not really noticable.

Long term 10% bf by the beginning of Dec., I was at 13.2% in late June.

I am currently at 18% BF...I want to be around 14-15%...reasonable for a normal person who doesn't compete (girl)

thats very reasonable, seeing as most "in shape, good looking" women are above 20%.

jeez that the same bodyweight but with more body fat then i want to be and i'm shorter, but yet i still don't see the problem.

i want my arms just a little bigger and then more cut, and i want to lose a couple percentage points body fat and have visible abs. the abs wouldn't take me a month if i could get the will power to eat right. oh well, i'm pretty damn sexy as it stands now.

Thats my long term goal. Right now Im 6'1, 205 lbs and Im in my cutting phase. In the next 3-4 years Id like to get close to that. I dont ever want to weigh more than 240, muscle or not. Ive been there and hated it (was fat). Even if I "only" get to 230lbs at 7% body fat Id still consider that very good.
Shoot for the stars and you cant go wrong.

if i really applied myself, i'd say another six months of lifting and a month of eating right and i'd be right where i wanted. it's hard being this sexy though.

When I 1st read that I thought it said you wanted to be at 5% bf... which I would have no issues with, you'd probably be a cheaper date.

i want to stay at about the same weight, but build lean mass and drop bf%
Get myself in overall good shape... be able to play a couple of 3 set tennis matches in one day and be fine. Get under 200 lbs (currently 215).

I'm currently 5'6" 145lbs. (down from 153 in May). I have a lot of muscle that I'd like to expand on. I also have a good amount of fat I'd like to lose. I'll be happy with about 18% BF. I like the way I looked at 135-140lbs. but I'll know when I look in the mirror.

just to get physically bigger, especially arms. ive really focused too much on chest and shoulders and not enough on my arms. i still need about 15 more lbs, and then i can begin to cut up.

My goal is to get down to at least below 250. I'm close to 300 now and I hate it. I used to be down to 225, wearing 36" pants, and working out all the time. I don't know if I can dedicate myself to that much, so I'm shooting for sub 250 and keeping it there!

I basically want to pick up where I left off 3 years ago when I was well on my way to my goal which is about 225-230ish.
Granted at the time I was in the gym at least 4 times a week and in great shape at 195. Now I've got my work cut out for me after 3 years without doing anything and alot of work travel and eating out.

My goal is to get to 180lbs, with 6-7% BF
My bench is now at 200; i want that to be at 300.
I dont want to be HUGE, i want the 'Mens Fitness' look.

Thats the same look Im after. Just the fit, in shape look.
I would really like to be steady at around 200-220lbs, with 10-12% bf. But I want to get my upper body and back stronger, much stronger.

Im about 5'9 210lbs, I want to loose at least 25lbs. Im not going to do much weights, just lots of cycling like I used to. I'd love to get in to weights but not knowing anyone to spot me or push me it will suck. So Im gonna stark biking again hardcore like I used to.

my goal is to be between 190 and 200, right now I am 257 and back on 01/11/2005 I was 363.3lbs so I am well on my way, but when I finally reach my goal I want to be around 15% body fat.
