who here uses Fitday.com ?

my wife uses it alot to track what she is eating.. i used it for a while awell.. very good way to track the percentages of what your eating.

I never heard of it before, but I just signed up and it's pretty helpful. Ironically, I was trying to figure this all out last night using caloric calculators and reading the nurtrition facts on everything I ate. This is alittle bit easier lol

I've used it before. It's a pretty good tool.

my wife uses a version she downloads onto her computer.. not sure where you get it on there or how much it costs.

It's supposed to be a really good tool, i've only ever heard good things about it, i'm just too lazy for all that shit.

Looks like the downloadable version is $20.

I don't think I'd have the patience to write down EVERY thing I do.
Sitting on Toilet: 0 calories.
Why would I bother making the entry, if I know it is worth 0 calories? Will it affect the end-result?

I will definitely refer my brother to this site though. $20 isn't bad to get some offline guidance on weight loss.
