I wanted to do this last night, bur i forgot. So now i have to try and remember what I ate.
2 bowls of cookie crisp
glass of milk
protien shake(46g's plus 12 oz's of milk)
3 waffles with syrup
plate of spaghetti and thick meat sauce
burger king chicken sandwhich and fries
another plate of spaghetti and meat sauce
protien shake
(gym)
12oz's of coke
protien shake
3 bowls of Peanut butter crunch + milk
2 Burrito's with 3/4 lb of lean beef
pop tart
boneless honey BBQ wings @ applebees
Protien shake

Yesterday was a bad day, i had left food at work to eat and the fucks threw it away, so i had to eat a Publix sub and they were out of wheat bread hahaha :eek:.
Today i will have:
Meal 1: Protein shake and a cup of whole oats with milk and Splenda
Meal 2: Protein shake after the gym from JJ Smoothy
Meal 3: Tuna on 100% wheat bread with hard boiled eggs + low fat mayo
Meal 4: See meal 3
Meal 5: One cup of non-fat cottage cheese
I'm going to be working in a 6th, i just have to figure out what i want to bring to work to eat after my shift.

Lunch-Smokey Bones chicken and a little pulled pork w/o sauce, baked beans, green beans, coleslaw, 1 piece of garlic bread, 1 small square carrot cake.
Snack-Strawberry protien smoothie
Dinner-Whole wheat pasta spaghetti w/ homemade sauce
Post workout snack-Chocolate Protien drink
I drank a ton of water and 1 diet soda.

5:30: 1/2 a small chicken breast
8:00: Outback... caesar salad, chicken on the barbie (ate half of the chicken), broccoli

Too many carbs to be cutting, though it doesn't seem like ENOUGH to be bulking either, haha, i'm lost.

I normally have some snacks inbetween, but there is no food in this damn office LOL.

reguarding the salad- so basically i went to the cafeteria and bought a big salad and ate that the entire day! lol

I almost always only eat once a day. I drink lots of water. Just hardly ever get hungry. Some sorta tape worm :dunno: or problem.

4 - 5 chicken tenderloins 1/2 cup rice

6 - 1 cup cottage cheese (fat free)
Yesterday
1 - 10 egg whites omega 3s
2- 1/2 a whole chicken 3/4 cup spinnich
3 - same as 2
4 - 5 chicken tenderloins
5 - JJsmoothy protein shake
6 - 1 can tuna
7 - 1 cup cottage cheese.

Theres just no way I could eat that type of food and alot of it. Ive never seen a bulking cycle filled with junk. :)

6:30AM: bowl of generic Lucky Charms (tastes better that the real stuff)
7:00-8:45: Gym
9:00: Protein shake with milk
12:00: Turky breast sandwich with 2 pieces of cheese, and 7 slices of turky breast (theyre thin), fruit cup
3:00: Protein shake and banana
6:00: banana
7:00: Hungry Man TV dinner :D
10:00: Protein shake for bed time.
I dont take in nowhere near enough intake, but it seems to be working for me. Ive been looking at weight gainers to help with the slack.

that hungry man right there just destroys your clean bulk. Read the label, those things are horrible.
+1 for the clean bulk though. Got to keep the cholesterol down and have a healthy heart AND get big. Those reeses cereals sound good right about now... too bad im in the cutting phase... FUCK!

5:30 6 whole eggs, 1 cup baked beans(lol no gas)
8:30 8oz turkey burger with 1 cup yellow rice
11:30 1 cup 4% cottage chesse, 7 mint oreo cookies with milk

i will tell ya if your not worried about a little extra fat maybe 2-4% over a clean bulk, just eat 40grams(every three hours) good clean protein( eggs, protein shake, fish, meat) then after that don't worry about how clean the carbs are just get 50-75g carbs per meal, when at home eat cleanly but if out don't be scared to eat a burrtio or chips and cookies, rice or mashed posteos, or even french fries.

Actually the only thing I found bad was the sodium count. I didnt get the fried chicken ones.
I know Im extremely healty since I just had some blood work and a piss test done for life insurance and they qualified me for their super premium deal :D

Meal 1: Weight Control Oatmeal ( :dunno: ) and a cup of coffee with Splenda. I usually have egg beaters and whole wheat toast. I don't know why I changed it today. I was lazy.
Snack 1: 2 whole wheat flatbreads
Meal 2: Salad with tuna with Ken's Steak House "lite" Olive Oil Vinaigrette dressing.
Snack 2: Some strawberries and cherries.
Meal 3: Not sure. Probably Salmon with a salad.

Carl, like Colby said, its a semi dirty bulk. Being a collge student with bills and out on my own, i cant afford to eat 5 thousand clean calories. It would cost me 25 bucks a day, easily. Fat can be dropped post bulk, the important part is getting the protien/carb intake.
and no, sorry no links to prove my case, your just gonna have to trust me :)

You can buy eggs in bulk, 5.5 dozen for like $4 so it's not terrible, but yea, it can be a little pricey.

Comes out to $.60 a meal of 40grams of protein with egg whites. Since you buy them as whole eggs, youd spend literally 5 times as much buying already made egg whites. Seeing chicken, tuna, or even beef can't come close its actually the cheapest whole food protein you can get.

so to drop weight protein is the supp to get? I have been going to the gym now for about a month 3-4days a week. Im doing 30mins on a lifestyle bike in a sweat pants and a sweater, and some light weights. Im just trying to drop weight, and worry about getting muscle after. Any adivice?

I did. Seemed a little complex. Adding up the calories I eat over a week doing this doing that.....blah blah. I have cut out alot of white grains, not eating in the evenings after 6pm, and cutting back on the sugar intake. Just wanted a little advice on what to take to provide me with the proper energy. My muscles become extremely fatigued early in the work out. Doing light bench, curls, and back. I dont really mess with my legs, I think I could pick up a CRX if you put it on my back.....

If you don't do legs, you won't grow, and you'll lose less weight than if you were doing them.
Losing fat IS complex, that's why most people do it wrong. If you're not eating in the evenings after six, that is wrong, you may want to taper off your carbs, but you will want to be eating every three hours, PERIOD, you will need to figure out what your maintenance level is so you can cut it down to lose fat. You want to keep it 40/40/20 protien/carbs/fat (healthy fats, mono poly, etc, NO trans or saturated).
Read the fucking thing i posted. All i'm doing here is reiterating it. All you should take for fat loss is a thermogenic (google it), i take lipo 6, and yes eat meals heavy in protien.

what are your goals with a diet like that? If you can eat something like that every day that would be awesome!! how do you like the Lipo 6 so far? I stopped drinking coffee when I started it 1.5 weeks ago and I am not feeling a loss of energy at all

Today so far...
Meal 1
1 packet instant oatmeal (finished off the last packet)
Meal 2
2 Ham and Cheese on 12 grain bread (mayo, mustard)
Meal 3
1 cup regular oatmeal
Meal 4
2.5 portions Meatloaf Roll Up (provolone cheese and prosciutto)
1 cup sliced, baked sweet potatos with onion and carrot (seasoned with steak seasoning)
Meal 5
Yet to be determined.
I'm also up to 136 fl oz of water for the day.
I threw myself off today by getting busy with work and eating breakfast late. I'm just happy to be getting my appetite back again. It really sucked skipping breakfast, eating a light lunch if I even found the time and then having dinner...

I had just gotten so bad with work keeping me busy and skipping meals that I wasn't eating like I used to. Now I'm slowly building my appetite back up and getting back into the swing of things. Granted, I'm looking to consume about 2500-3000 calories a day and about 200-250g of protien...not close to what you are doing.

1.5-2 grams of protien per lb of body weight. And, you can't take it all in at once, your body just CAN'T that's why you need to try to kick it up with every meal.

Breakfast: 5 slices of applewood bacon, 3 "natural" eggs, 1/2 cup irish oatmeal w/cinnamon. 1 glass of green goodness.
Lunch: 16oz chicken breast, spinach salad w/balsamic vinegar,8oz of yogurt with raspberries and blueberries, green beans
Dinner: 16oz ribeye, steamed brocolli, 1 square of chocolate.
Also had two protein shakes.
