Martin Feldstein, a Harvard Economist, or Ben Bernanke. There's speculation that Bush won't make a nomination for 2 reasons.
1. Bush LOVES Greenspan and not making a nomination will allow Greenspan to hold his position another year.

2. Not having to review and nominate possible sucessors allows more time to focus on the war and other important domestic matters.

Personally I'd rather see Greenspan stay another year. He's helped turn this economy around after 9/11. Now that the economy has some steam, I'd rather his expertise be used to allow it to continue growing.
