anyone else take it? i lost over 15 pounds in lil over a month

What was your eating like during this month?

Just so you know, you can only lose about 2lbs a week of fat, which is only 8lbs a month, so assuming you lost the maximum amount (and that's a big assumption), it looks like you lost a ton of muscle also, or a bunch of water, but i doubt that.

thier is never a limit lol. ever heard of dnp(google it lol) soem people will do anything. but i do haev to say congrats to the poster 15lbs is no joke keep up the good work.

That's the average max someone can lost per week, safely anyway.

And why congratulate him on it? It's probably mostly muscle loss, and fat GAIN.

lol always os negative. think outside the bounds sometimes. i bet at 15lbs lighter he looks better feels better, and has more confadince all good things, so congrats to 99gt

i really have... i run 8+ miles everyday an i only drink water, small meal in the morning, a big salad at lunch an a small dinner sometimes no dinner

yes but not to that extreame. i mean honestly i'd be suprised if you take in 1200cals, you would really be suprised with how fast you lose weight by eating 6 small meals like your more meal or a protein shake.

Sorry to tell you, but your eating is horrible and what you lost was a ton of muscle, and you've either lost very little fat or actually gained some.

And, Brandon, i'm not being negative, i'm being REALISTIC.

i figured out today i eat about 1500 calories but no clue how much i burn with workin on aircraft all day in the sun, + my run, + weight lifting a lil so no clue how much i'm burnin
