View Full Version : What's everyones workout like?

What do you guys do each day? What muscle groups do you work in the same day? Long or short reps? Favorite exercise for each muscle group?

Me, I have been trying to workout 3 consecutive days, then break. I do Shoulders and Legs same day, Chest and Triceps next day, and Back and Biceps on my 3rd day. I'm trying to incorporate abs and cardio too every now and again. I was doing long reps, but I'm gonna start doing more weight with short reps soon.

i do basic heavy freeweights in the 6-8 rep range. 5 days a week one body part a day.

^ thats what I do. Oddly enough people dont see how it works, and stick to the chest/tri, shoulder, back/bi routine.

I do chest one day, back the next, shoulders, arms, legs, cardio.
