I bought a weight bench off of TF yesterday. When I got it home and assembled, I threw some weight on there and did a set of bench press just to see how the bench felt. Today when I woke up I got that sore feeling in my pecs and a bit in my tri's. Man, that feeling is SO good. I love not being able to move the day after a workout because it means it was a good one! I've missed that feeling since I haven't been working out the past couple of years.

How do you feel about the burn?

Uh oh.

Actually, soreness, and burning doesn't necessarily mean that you've gotten a "good" workout, it would mean over training (if you weren't new). It's just lactic acid being released in your muscles, as well as micro-trauma to the fibers themselves.

But yea, i like it too.

:D

Love the feeling of a good burn after a work out.

well, as long as the burn is from working with weights and not rods I guess your ok

But yea, it is a great feeling... I still hate running though, not a good burn.

the leg burn is the best, when it takes you 5mins to sit down for a shit cause you legs hurt so bad, now thats a nice workout.

I switched my workout from a full-body superset circuit to a 3 day split last night. I did just chest and triceps. My titties are tender now. I love it.
