So iam looking for a gym near me. I live in Pasco. I go to work in clearwater. I don't want to go to ballays or whatever down on the 19. I pass it everyday. But everyone is telling me that they rob you blind. That they are really high. I just want to keep my figure. I do want to get a nice sexy stomach though instead of flat. Any ideas.

My diet usually consist of No breakfast, Subway for lunch and a moutain dew. Maybe dinner. I drink alot of soda which I heard will make you fat in time. And I drink alot of it. I know its not good. Been trying to drink water. And since i work outside in the shop all day in the heat. Its really not to smart to drink soda all the time. Anyone want to help me out. And what sorta excersises I should be doing? This isn't all I eat, my days off I eat junk food. Like chips, and ice cream and soda.

Are you being serious? This sounds like bullshit.

If you're SERIOUS, read the sticky posts and post back if you have more questions...

i know at curlew in us 19 thier is a gym (think world gym). whatever you do only pay month to month with no money down i found one of those in largo, only pay 30 a omnth and no money down. be careful, they will ofer no money down but make you sign a year and just work that downpayment over the coruase of the contract. so just do simply math 30 bucks a month for 12 months is 360 if they sayanymore they are screwing you, and they love to gt you in for three years.

I would also look into worlds gym. Its by the pasco/hillsborough northernmost boundary.

Its a great gym IMO.

So is there a trainer there ready to help me out? I don't know what would be a good first work out. I haven't ever been to a gym. Should I jump striaght to the weights or the treadmill. I don't know. Iam not looking to get ripped. Just toned.

just take it easy, i'd say do the treadmill first, adn watch what other people do, not that what they do is the best but it will give you a start, then try some excerises you see, find out what works and whats doesn't , see what feels good and what hurts(in a bad way), don't worry about have a life changing first wokrout cause if you stay with it 3-4 times a week hell after 4 onths thats60-70 workouts so you will noticed change. also goto abcbodybuilding, and in the tool bar at the top goto excerises and look up some to do, try a few new ones everythime.

ehhh dont do treadmill first, do elliptical its easier on your joints. Trust me, nothing sucks more than having your knee bottom out on you walking up stairs because your ran 30 miles that week on a treadmill... They dont absorb impact, rather it send it straight back to you. VERY painful after awhile.
