I work in a real estate office and at times I have nothing to do, waiting on calls and shit. I always think how great it would be to take all that extra time and work out alil. Sometimes I'll do crunches although i hate getting on the floor incases someone walks in LOL, and I brought a 25 lb dumbbell. Anyone else try to work out in the office or at work? Or have any other ideas I can do while Im here bored!!

Get one of those spring things for your hands. The ones you squeeze together. Its great for forearms and helps with your grip. The better your grip, the more weight you can lift.

Good idea, just becare to not over do it, forearms are like any other muscle if you overwork them they will become weak. If you are trying to get a good crushing power from them try "Commander of Crunch" they are numbered from 1-5 and most people can't even get past 3, an average person has a hard time closing 2. Search for a routine for power for them, and your crushgrip will be crazy.

People at my office do laps around the building and walk the stairs. Not much to do in my office since I don't want to be on the floor when someone walks in.

I wasn't allowed to do this...but I have heard that you can sit on an exercise ball to create balance and keep your core sight as you sit...to help abs tighten and prevent slouching

I have one I was thinking of bringing to work too. They wouldn't care at all, I just know I would have people trying to push me off of it .

theres nowhere to run inside, and id hate to run around the building and come back in sweaty. I started doing dips by holding the seat of a chair and extending my legs out on the floor. i been doing calf raises too.
