Well I started going back to the gym after a long period of down time. Now I remember why I quit the last time. I have a slipped disk in my neck, and it hurts bad. Im going to have to take up cardio, and no weight training until I can start going back to the neck cracker :(

I feel your pain. I have had to learn the hard way what I can and cannot do. I have to avoid squats, deadlifts and lifting anything above my head (military/shoulder press etc.)
