This place blows, they have ONE dip gimmick, and the fucker wobbles like no other, they have NO pre-weighted BB's (makes it difficult to bang out quick sets of shit), they have NO forearm machine, they have ONE power rack, i hate it so much. I wish i lived closer to the one on Hillsborough.
Just felt like venting that.

Which one on Hillsborough? I go to the Westchase LFF and there's no forearm machine at all...
That sucks that you dont have preweighted bb's.
Oh yeah..we get Bucs cheerleaders on Thursday nights..:naughty:

Just use an EZ Curl bar and a dumbell. 3 sets of 12... You can also go the old school way.. tie some string around a 10 or 25 pounder and the other end around a short bar...keep your arms straight out and keep twisting till you get to the top...let it down...repeat.

During my time climbing that was still the best exercise I could find for working out my lower arms.

Used to be right when you walk in, now if you walk in, it's to the right, by all the ab benches, sorta by that emergency exit or whatever the fuck that thing is.

I picked up a killer forearm work out from my old high school baseball team. Get yourself a barbell put about 80lbs or so put it down behind you, squat down an pick it up so it sits pretty much under your ass an curl the wrist. Pretty mean

I couldn't agree with you more about the one in Brandon, Vito. I used to go there before I moved to new tampa to go to that one...then I moved back here and go to the Progressive gym...ANYways..they are WAY too small for one town and it's old...and there's always old ass people swimming in that old ass pool

Which one do you use? I'm a member at the one on Kings near 60.
At first I hated that gym. I am used to Xtreme in Hyde Park which has TONS of properly maintained equipment. This gym has about half of what I am use to, and much of it is not well maintained. But it isn't all that bad once you get use to it. I've worked out in a much smaller gym in the past.

That's the one, Kings and Oakfield, i'll be able to get what i need out of it, it's just a hell of a change from what i'm used to. I thought Lifestyles would be pretty much the same wherever, WRONG. Anyway, i'll make due, i just figured i'd rant a little...
