I least like working my quads and my back for some reason. I used to hate doing dips when I was younger but now I like them, but I dont do them that often.

I can't work my legs because of bad knees, but when I used to, I hated doing those because I always felt like throwing up after a good leg workout. I love being sore, hate getting nausious.

I HATE thinking about leg days (today). In my head I rationalize why I should skip the workout..but after I get to the gym, I forget about all that.

So right now, I HATE legs.

Man, lotta people hate legs I suppose...personally I've always loved doing leg work.

I'd probably go with anything that strains my wrists. I've been bad to them in the past and I have a habit of tweaking them every so often.

Treadmill - really anything cardio. I suck at it, so I dread it. There aren't really any other exercises I don't like.

I'm with Frances on this. I like doing cardio but it is my least favorite.

In order:

1. Cardio-Hate it so much I don't do any.
2. Legs-I loathe leg day.
3. Abs-Work to Results ratio is fucked for me on that one.

Cardio is very boring.... I'll go with anything leg related!

I actually like all my workout, but the thing I dont like that much would probably be leg curl/raise (weighted). Also "smilies" (work out rear trap).

BENT OVER ROW IS A MOTHERFUCKER BTW!

Upright rows own me. One of the better exercises to do for traps and I cant stand them so much I quit doing them. Something about the upward motion and holding my elbows up and out that dont work too well with me.

actually, upward rows are arguably the worst exersize for your rotator cuffs.

Hrm....did not know that exhaust. How so? Does barbell shrugs fall into the same line?

No, barbell shrugs are fine, as long as your dont roll yous shoulders. A simple "up to your ears" and down motion is perfectly healthy and very effective.

and with the positioning of your hands and the upward motion, aparently its too much strain on the ligiments/tendons. Ive never personally had trouble so im not saying that im 100% sure, but ive had personal testimony from friends whove had pain.

Yes, they are, but i do them anyway. I just don't go above the nipple.

First off, i HATE doing shoulders..
I hate military, and theres another one where you are seated and you start with your elbows touching then you lift to the sides until your elbows are parallel.. I dont know the name of it.. but i HATE It

They hurt the hell outta my wrists, but I still do them since traps are a hard muscle for me.

Anything shoulder related is hard to do, but I like it. Ever since I hurt my neck pretty bad when I first started (torn muscles) when I strain on shoulders, I can feel the muscles tighten and start to hurt mildly so I have to change up some.

Squats/Leg Press is what I never look forward to. Climbing stairs after burning yourself out is the worst.

I don't find cardio so bad if I have good music to listen to. I just zone out...and then 30 minutes later, I'm done. I found that a continous mix of electronic music is very helpful for cardio, and if you are training with little rest between sets. Other than that, metal for lifting heavy.

I just did legs today for the first time in a long while. I'm going to be extremely sore for the rest of the week, and walking like a duck.
