I finally worked my way up and am now part of the DSLR crowd. I bought a Canon and will stick with it for a while because I've got some EF mount lenses and the 300D is fine for me. As far as quality, not sure, but it surely wouldn't be Fuji. Way too much noise and the iso usually only goes down to 200.

2 things, Canon got the jump on Nikon with the consumer 300D and now Canon is the bandwagon. I sided with Nikon after carefully considering the XT, D70 and 20D.

we have an old school Minolta camera that i really want to learn how to use but i have no clue how to.

we have a very high end Sony digital camera, then i went out and bought an Olympus. i was going to buy Canon and then Sony but ended up with Olympus. my sisters have HPs and hate them. we have a 35mm Canon somewhere around here that is really nice too.

Have an ancient Minolta film camera, but looking to upgrade to a Nikon. What can I say, I've been convinced by the Nik-whore himself.
