Seriously though, I just said freeweights. Forge and I are doing switchoffs between barbell workouts and dumbbell workouts, both which appear to target our stablizer muscles much more than the guided Hammer Strength machines.

Yeah it is! I'm usually able to do like ~170lbs on incline bench and I was weeblewobbling all over with two 50lb dumbbells yesterday. Shit, Forge almost hit me in the face with one while I was spotting him! People must've been in there like, "What pussies!"

On the mosheens I'm able to break out 200lbs on the flat bench, but my ass was all over the place with 135lbs on the bar! Good thing they have those clips on the weights, otherwise I may have launched a plate.

I loved my freeweight cycle. Im back to the hammer machines for 6 weeks before I can go back to the free weights :(

fuck yeah. on the hammer strength machine i do like 260lbs on incline and i was all over the place with those 50lbs dumbbells.

and, correction... there's no dumbbells, there's just my balls.
