Went out today with some of the Down Shift crew for a LONG and HOT day of shooting. Test shot 5 models and then went out and did a full shoot with the BMW in Orlando. For the way I was feeling, I was happy with how things came out. For now I'll just post the car shots and the models shots tomorrow.

I also brought the diddy boom out but between my dumbass forgeting a couple bolts and the weather turning bad fast, we weren't able to get the rig shots. We will however reschedule :-)

How did you do the 7th and 8th ones, whats the difference on the camera.

8 woulda been a great shot but the backround is a little distracting with all the different colors.

9 is probably my favorite of the bunch.

Goodjob and get that rig working next time!

I was working on some quick edits for the models this morning, and I figured I'd post this...the shoot worked out beautifully, considering we were all pan-fried from the day and it was a cool 95 degrees out.

Newer BMW's are so ugly :(

Nice shots though!

Well as said before I was busy talking with the various guests on the shoot, but here are some of the shots I managed to grab.

you could if you can adjust the settings on your camera and put on different filters.

The key thing to work on would be your composition, which you can do with any camera. Then start doing some PS tutorials and learning some of the various tweaks and adjustments you can use there. Master those 2 things and even with a point and shoot you will be well on your way.

I take it you were using the 50mm 1.8 on those really shallow shots?
