Getting better, thats for sure. Just need to work on the composition a little still. Night shots need a little work as they are too dark, and lights have an orange tint. Try playing around with your ISO and exposure to see how the results change.
I do really like this image. Remember though that you can shoot in color and then desaturate in PS.

Yea I really dug the chair photo, but now that I think about it though, those trees to the side are bothering me for some reason.
that last photo needs to be "bent" so the pillars are pointing straight up, not to the right, or is the horizon a little crooked?
GREAT shots , you need a good photoediting program where you can rotate and clip.
I use three different ones because some work faster for quick edits, adding text, or digital manipulation and multiple tools and brushes and such.

He did didn't he. The statue pix is in color and bw.

Well i toggled between vivid, normal, and bw settings.
I am going to invest in a tripod soon, i had to use these steady hands for the shots, cept for the chair, i used my trucks door ;) Was driving by and took a quick shot :p
I have a little tripod i keep in my car, fits right inbetween the seat and center console.
Its kinda awkward to use, but it works in a pinch.
I think it was 6 bucks at comp usa.

Oh and thank you very much for your professional opinion, my goal is to push this camera to its max before i can upgrade to an slr eventually :)

I know the feeling, I am on my third point and shoot.
Currently i am using an olympus all weather stylus.
I have beat it up pretty bad, my labs even go hold of this camera and it wont break and fits in my pocket.
It would be nice to have an SLR in the wings though.
Excellent night shots though for a P&S without a tripod.
And no i am not a professional

What he said ^^^. Still like it, but the trees on the sides stood out to me as "off"
Thanks for sharing your stuff.
