I would like to take my girl out to dinner somwhere nice. We do the usuall all the time, meaning Chilli's, Applebees, Denny's, etc. but for a change I would like to take her out to a restaurant that is high class.

Name some places in the Tampa and Pinellas area that you have been to and give your opinion, description, and overall price range. I don't really care if its expensive or not just want to be prepared for the bill.

I really like JAlexanders its next to borders on Dale Mabry and Cypress. Its a nice quiet high class atmosphere and its not too expensive. just make sure to have at least 100 bucks with you just in case you want to buy wine or drinks or what not. the mignon is only 24 and i think thats the most expensive thing on the menu.
