This happens at ANY college community... it's unavoidable. College living sucks no matter where you go.

EDIT: been there, done that, moved away and shopping for firearm.

haha true but I wouldnt trust anyone to begin w/ so all my shit would be on lock down when im not around

you haven't the first clue. Do your tires have tread on them. Is your vehicle desireable to anyone (bling, race, A/C?) does your room have a deadbolt on it? are you on the first floor? are you attractive to the point where IV needles insert bad things in your bottled water?

like I said it's a shitty life in all college atmosphere (university is a business and all well off student body is trying to hump you over you just dont know it.) and those are just the things that I have seen with my own eyes. There is prolly much worse.

ive lived in a college residence... while the maintenence sucked and i got stuck with an asshole roommate, i NEVER had any of the problems you describe.

that would suck to have all that happen but my car is a pos if i had a nice one itd sit at my dads behind a security gate and as for deadbolts the complex in question for the thread boasts 2 deadbolts per bedroom...

as for virii injected bottled water i guess your sol if that happens

+ eleventy billion, lived there 2 years, back when it was hella cheap. i was in a 4 bedroom, and only 1 other guy lived there. one thing i can say is they fix you stuff promptly. i can never complain about my things not being fixed on time or my car being vandalized, a few kids died at some parties tho. towing is a serious deal tho so make sure you have a decal and your friends park in visitors.
