All in preflop QQ kills my KK. He flopped a set.

All in SS'd on the button, 1 limper, I'm dealt AJo, have to push with 4xbb, I push, A2s calls and hits his 2 on the turn. :nono:

Just an unlucky day it seems like. :thumbdwn:

I was good up until you said "SS'd"

Other than that, ya...every dog has his day.

You will flop the nutz soon enough.

SS'd = Short Stacked.

And yes I know everyone has bad days but damn, it's horrible sometimes. :lol:

just to put some perspective on your bitching, tonight, 3 handed mind you, i had AQ offsuit. was sitting on the button, doubled the big blind. flop comes A67. big blind bets 2 chips, i call, SB folds. turn is 5. BB bets 4, i raise 8, BB calls after much hesitation. river is 4. BB goes all in for 10 chips, i call knowing that i just got fucked in a big way. BB turns over A3 off. i about shit myself.

like 4 hands later, in a hand with the same guy with 89 of spades. flop comes QQJ, both check. turn is a 10. he bets 4 chips, i raise, he calls. river is another 10. he bets big and i call, knowing full damn well that he caught a full house. naturally he turns over a 10.

Shouldnt have called with top pair good kicker, should have reraised.

i was trying to milk more chips out of the guy... he had to catch a 5 and a 4 to make that straight, or a 3 for two pair. no other cards would have helped him. i don't know the exact numbers offhand, but i believe his chances of winning that hand after the flop were about 10% at best.

Slow playing always bites you in the ass unless you have the nuts.
