Does anyone know of scholarhips for seniors, I'm planning on going to FSU and I need scholarship money if I only get 75% Bright Futures. I know its not "college life" yet but I'm trying to make sure my college life doesn't consist of ramen noodles and old english for breakfast lunch and dinner.

first of all, unless you're spoiled and mommy and daddy pay for everything... college life will, for the most part consist of ramen noodles.
as far as scholarships go, go online and apply for grants. talk to your financial aid people at your high school. if you're in the top 10% of your class or 20% in your county, there are scholarships available for that. fastweb.com has some good ones. I've actually recieved scholarships from them before. when you applied for bright futures, you automatically applied for grants like the florida assistance grant and a few others. what nationality are you? if you're anything other than white you should have absolutely no problem getting grants and stuff. hope this was of some help. good luck :)

the win (http://www.1800goguard.com/home.html) will pay 100% of any instution tuition so you can use your scholarship/grant money on rent, books, BMW payment etc. I am pretty sure you can handle one wknd a month.

P.S. GI Bill too which is $1008 a mo. for a full time student. So if you do that you can make up to 2500 per mo. just being a student (I DID :)

just search www.facts.org. They have thousands of national scholarships listed.

i have yet to try ramen noodles but i will be honest. im a student at FSU and it is NOT cheap to live here. i have 75% bright futures and that is all.. my tuition and fees were $400.. my books were $450.. plus monthly rent is $600 not including electricity, water, food, gas, etc.
