after the way they stumbled down the stretch, they look as intimidating as the .500 Padres.

They still played above 500 baseball, the collapse was more do to the Indians winning at an insane pace then the Sox play.

I'm just hoping we do not play the Angels in the 1st round.

the D Rays had a winning record in the second half too :lol:

i dunno man they kinda remind me of the Braves, good enough to get there but no one dominant enough to take over a series (ala Schilling, Ortiz, Randy Johnson, A Rod). Doubtful they will make the Series, but they definately had a great season and won't be pushovers in the playoffs either.

The D-Rays are a great hitting team and have a nack for knocking around good teams, if they had pitching they would've been real tough this year.

I agree w/ you about the Sox, they have the pitching to make allot of noise but making it to the WS will be a different story.
