Good place to watch football game?

Anyone know some good places to hang out and watch college football and grab some good food? Im in the North Tampa area near USF.

Red Zone on Fowler
Outback Steakhouse on Fowler and 56th.
Leeroy Selmon's on Bruce B. Downs North of 275 (a little $$ though)
