Tampa, FL, October 28, 2005 – Remember to wear your ghoulish best at this year's 8th Annual 13 Ugly Men Halloween Freak show celebration - sure to be one of Tampa’s most memorable charity events of the year. Proceeds from the event will benefit The Hillsborough Area Retarded Citizens (HARC).
The benefit will be held Friday, October 28, 2005, from 8pm to 3am at The Underground, located at 802 East Whiting Street in Downtown Tampa. This year’s event, “The Freakshow”, has an admission fee of $25 online ($30 at the door) which includes drink specials and other promotions sponsored by Bacardi and Grey Goose, cash bar, costume contest and entertainment provided by DJ Matt the Bratt. But remember, no costume, no entry!
"We are extremely excited about this event. After the success of last year’s event, we’re convinced this will be THE place to be for Halloween. The venue recently saw a major renovation we can almost double the number of attendees," said Patrick Smith, President of the 13 Ugly Men, Inc. "Our donation will go a long way to help HARC.”

13 Ugly Men recently changed their name to 13 Ugly Men Foundation to better represent our charitable endeavors. In 2004, 13 Ugly Men, Inc. donated $121,000 to local charities. Since 2000, we have donated just under $300,000.
13 Ugly Men Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation founded in the early 1990s for the sole purpose of hosting entertainment events throughout the year and donating net proceeds to various charitable organizations. 13 Ugly Men Foundation currently has twenty-two members consisting of local doctors, lawyers, business professionals and entrepreneurs who are committed to giving back to their community.
