Theres sharks/rays at coral reef on armenia and waters. I never asked if they were for sale because I would never have a tank big enough.

Dude that thing is way to big for that tank.

turboeclipse
11-23-2005, 02:25 AM
hte bigger of the 2 is only 22 inches adn the tank is 24 wide it hardly ever swims or move less it eats its fine for the tank its 8 ft l by 3 ft h by 2 ft w plenty for a fish that barly moves its got a coupleyears it can be in there it only grow about 5" a year then il lhave to think baout getin rid of it or building a bigger tank look into nurse sharks ull see they dont really need as much space as say a blacktip or white tip of the same size cause the dont move if u could see the video it show alot better of the siaze of the sharks and the tank if only i could upload it

After I saw this thread i did some reading...you can actually bonsai sharks if you get the from a young enough age...otherwise your pets are gonna be unhappy. Just a thought...you feed them alot less in their young age so that they dont grow ....that tank looks small for sharks man.

bigB
11-28-2005, 07:06 PM
the tank is way to small for one of those sharks much less two, sell the sharks for right now then do alot of research. then buy the correct tank. or just do something with smaller fish. don't get me wrong i love saltwater stuff (been in it for years)and sharks are the ultimate, but what you are doing is mean, unintentional i'm sure but cruel none the less.just get rid of 'em.

That tank is way to small for one shark, its like a fat dude sitting in a racing seat, sure he fits but does he feel comfortable. Sharks are not hard to find, you should have just built your 1800 let it cycle then got your fish. That water is super murkey... I feel sorry for those fish.
