I hurt my ankle satuday night, not sure exactly what happened, but it does REALLY hurt. I started working out (mostly cardio) last week and I'm kinda annoyed that I can't do anything now. But I was wondering, is there anything I can do to burn fat and stay off my leg without messing it up more?

swimming, Its actually one of the best cardiovascualr activity and has zero impact.

Also try stationary biking. its semi low impact.

Yes, swiming is great for cardio workouts.. If your still feeling pain after 3 days go see a doc to have it checked out.
