Ive been doing a shit load of crunches, but only seeing a diff in the top part of my stomach and it kinda looks like a tire around the bottom(haha). I heard of doing leg lifts, but I feel it only on the top part of my legs. What other way could there be?

you cant just do crunches and expect a 6 pack. heres some exercises to help you. you need to do like 3-4 different exercises for each body part including ur abs to see improvement. =)

i have a disnted upper gut.

its damn near solid as a rock, and sticks out over my real gut
