View Full Version : Anyone want to move into a townhouse? 5 mins from USF!

I will be moving out Jan 1st and need someone to take my spot. It's right behind Meridian hookah lounge on 56th and Fowler. Grandville Dr. Nice two story townhouses. Pool, tennis courts, and 2 pets allowed.

The house is fully furished with washer/dryer/fridge/dishwasher/microwave.

-each room upstairs has its own full bath
-half bath down stairs
-big porch/deck in back with grill and storage area(with lock).
-fireplace
-xmas tree and decorations :-D

Roomates both go to USF and are very clean and responsible people.

Rent is 400 a month and water/sewer is included.

To move in you need a bed and whatever else you want in your room...everything else is there.

Person must be personable, easy to get along with and not mind a little smoking.(hookah)....we have an ionic breeze and many cieling fans :)

I have an 00 EK that sits at my friend Marks place, the black Eddie Bauer Expedition that I drive on weekends, the white van that says PGT on the side that I use for work and the green 240 that hasn't moved in months, had the 240 coupe as well but sold it to my girlfriends sister..

a little background on the roomates? are they car people or just college students? also is there any garages available to rent there?

No garages and "you are not permitted to work on your car on Victoria Terrace property" I've received several letters from the association about that one.. lol

no parking garages. reserved spots though.nice place overall, and roomies are into cars, he owns a gs-t , and she owns a 05 tibby.

it now also has FIOS internet. only 13 some bucks a month per person.
