I put no. The reason, Ive been told that there's tons of sugar added in, and it makes you retain water (just giving you a full effect in your muscles). Anyone else ?

Who the hell takes 20Gs of creatine at a time?!?! Talk about a waste. Your body can only absorbe avout 5 at a time and you piss the rest away.
I do take it
I've taken it in the past & have seen decent results. Just started taking it again a few weeks ago. Quite honestly it is the only supplement I've used (and I've used TONS) that I have actually felt a difference in my workouts.
I don't load as I believe it is a waste of money and I have yet to personally feel a difference between a loaded & unloaded creatine cycle. I also just use the plain old monohydrate in grape juice every morning w/breakfast. After a workout, I'll chug down a protein shake w/creatine "complex" which has glutamine, taurine, and some other aminos and carbs. Seems to be working great for me so far.

Creatine is goodto use with a combination of other supplements. i used to take the EAS creatine then switched to cell-tech b/c it taste better, its a bit expensive but it works. it does make you gain a lot of water weight but if you continue lifting hard while using it, ultimately the water in your muscles is replaced by actual muscle...

There was an article that stated that suppositories had a better absorbtion rate, I tend to agree. ;)
