Hows every1s new year going? Its been a month, lets here some good news.

I'm still working on getting alittle bit more cut, and will continue to do so til march 1st. From October-December I cheated a lot, I really dedicated myself by January and am really pushing hard this month.

I upped my cardio, instead of just running about 5 times a week, I like to ride my dads bike a decent 9 miles 4-5 times a week and am trying to get back into running since I stopped for about a week (see other thread, chest pains :x ) I JUST started working my abs, and realized why I hate it so much and never did since 10th grade swim team.

I picked up my last month supply of supplements, and here is what I am doing a day besides eating whole foods, BTW I'd really appreciate some advice/critique bout my supplement intake.
40-60g GNC 100% Whey Protein
5g GNC L-Glutamine in powder form
50mg B6
1000mcg B12
550mg Dandellion Root
(1) Animal Pak
(2) Animal Cuts

I think thats it. Should I be taking 2 Paks a day? I was considering it. How about my vitamin B's, should I up my intake, or decrease it? Its my first time taking vitamin B.

I have yet to get an assestment to see if I am getting closer to my bf% goal. I did increase my bench work out to 205 x 5 !! (I know, I know.... not much for some of you but it is really good for me).

Oh, yeah! I also added a new goal to run a mile under 6 min by the end of June. No real reason why, just adding a goal to push me towards something. I was going to start this week and then got bronchitis, so it will have to wait till next.

Up to 1 hour of cardio every morning followed by an hour of heavy lifting.

Re: Animal Pak - You really only need two a day if you're doing "intense physical activity". I'm still taking one a day. Over the summer when I workout twice I day, I take two.

i had an assesment done right after new yrs. as far as my bf%, i maintained (16%), which is hard to do over the holidays, so i was fine with that. also, i had lost 1 inch in my hips, so thats cool. so, now to get closer to losing that extra 1% bf, i changed my cardio. i'm doing interval training. 4-6 mins w/my heart rate at 130, followed by 2-3 with it at 150, for 30 mins. then, when i'm lifting, i'm only waiting 30secs between sets instead of a min. its a lot harder cuz its like i'm doing cardio while i'm lifting.

i am doing pretty well. i havent got my mew b/f % yet but it has to be a little bit lower. I am definatly noticing a little more definition in my back and shoulders, and verry little in my arms. i just started taking supplemants again.
i am taking nitrix,NO explode, and animal stack 2. I might start taking some clen in the near future too after i get my b/f done this month.

doing very well. i've hit the gym at least 3 times a week, which was my goal. and i've been doing cardio at least 2 times a week (though three was my goal). i've lost 4 pounds while doing this, which = more than four pounds of fat, since i've definitely put on some muscle mass.
