I work there and we are currently looking for a Range guy part time Wednesday, Saturday and sunday nights hours are roughly 5pm-11 on saturday and 5-10pm on wednesday and sunday.
This job is really laid back, they give you a tshirt to wear and you just do your shit, no real dress code to worry about (any old tshirt will do)
You dont have much if any customer interaction so this isnt a customer service posistion
Free golf balls are provided for employees so there are insentives other than paychecks
Job duties are keeping the batting cages functional, driving the tractor to pick up golf balls, maintaining an acceptable playing surface for the golfers, thats about it, not much to worry about at all.
