Looking for ONE person (male or female) to live in a 4 bedroom 3 bath home. Rent would be $400/month plus the utilities divided up by four people. Probably no more than 525/month total. House is located in Carrollwood and would have to be available for move in on April 1st. Security deposit is the same as one month's rent. :) Contact me if interested!!

Yeah we are also looking into three bedrooms but we are getting a lot of condos....which is a no-go unless a garage is included. I need a place to keep my bike. There are some pretty good deals but they are further north...like Wesley Chapel/Meadow Pointe area....

There are some nice Apts with garages around i275/ulmerton.My buddy has a 2 bedroom 2 bath for about 550 a month.Pool,hottub,workout room.i can get you more info if needed.Alot of USF people live there.

I can't guarantee that it will be a private bathroom because it's a 4 bedroom 3 bath. It will depend on who gets what rooms. We haven't done a walk-through yet but I can get that info as soon as we do. In fact, you can be present when we go check the place out if you PM me and are seriously interested :)

Both Will and Charles are allergic to cats :( But I love them! We're actually trying to do this with no pets. Should've mentioned that earlier....
