umm..wow...I need help, lots of it! :lol:

You do n't realize how bad you've let yourself go till...welll...you suck at life when you work out. I do however feel the need to puke so I think I did pretty good. I need to get my diet in check and have a MUCH better protien filled breakfast before I go on wednesday.

Just thought I would share. I am excited for this much needed step. :crack: Now I can be super buff like Don and Donnie...oh yea. :strong:

It was the fear of the fire academy kicking my ass and puking all over the grounds in front of everyone for not being in shape that truly made me hit the gym. :D

Nice incentive. I had at one time planned on signing up with FHP, and was the same motivation I needed right after high school. Unfortunately I decided not to persue, and dropped the fitness program. I was stupid..

anyway going back for the first time is always the WORST! you are so sore and you have absolutly no drive in the gym. My best advice is to just stick with it and you get back what you put in!
