What is the easiest to use webpage design program?

easiest for basic would probably microsofts but i personally don't like it. I use dreamweaver 8 which is nice cuz you can have the code and preview split screen so you can either edit the code directly or edit it in the preview mode (more user friendly). Also lets you easily display a preview of it in any of your web browsers so you know what it'll look like when someone else accesses it

Messing around with it right now. I tried using Microsoft Publishe but everthign in it was cheesey and I got tired of redoing stuff in photoshop then putting it on the page.

if you go to school usually they have super cheap copies of dreamweaver or older versions for free (my personal favorite is 3 but 8 is jus as good) I hated 4-6 and 7 wasnt too bad. I bought 3 back in the day so i get the upgrades dirt cheap

Old-ass program, but works AWESOME. Gives you a live preview and also lets you edit code through html.
