My computer is running slow, help please...

My computer is running slow, and has been for a couple of weeks now. I read the sticky up top, and downloaded HiJackThis, Spybot Search & Destroy, AdAware, RegClean, and I have Norton AntiVirus. Everything seemed to be okay, but its still running slow. I had a couple of spyware things AdAware caught those but anyways. My system is a 2.1 Ghz Celeron with 504 mb ram, and I just need some help any ideas would be appreciated. I took a screen-cap of my Processes to. Let me know

download "System Mechanic professional 2006" and run all the tests, works good for me

Have you defragged and cleaned out your harddrive of things you don't use? Do you regularly update Windows?

System Mechanic did it. It's running a lot faster now. thanks for the advice guys.
