how many rounds have been through it? is the "flat top" fixed or can it be changed?

There is less then 600 rounds through it, The flat top is a dove tail rail along the top so you would be able to put whatever you want on it like a handle sights /scope/

ive known the seller for 16 years and im only 22.. so pretty much all my life. very stright foward and honest guy.
