unfortunately not for this position. but i know they have been doing alot of hiring lately in other departments. i'd apply on their website if you're interested in another position. but still put me down for refering you and i'll split it with you. :D

I know it says CSR experience required. I have that, but with cell phones. I've worked for ALLTEL for 3 years. Would that qualify the CSR experience?

just an FYI - i just got hired, word is their looking for two more people for the same position. it actually starts at $28K, but depending on experience and certifications, they may raise your starting pay (they did that for me and it was a pretty decent increase!). job seems easy enough if anyone might still be interested!

its a little harder because you do both auto and home insurance. the auto system is kinda like progressives, but not as good. the home system is like a mainframe system. other than that its better in every way. there is only one team of 20 csr's, so its alot tighter of a group, the manager is awesome. we have more food days. it pays more. all positions here pay more than progressive positions. and its rapidly growing. plus, i love the fact that its not a non-standard company like progressive, so you rarely get a people who cant pay their bill or non-pay cancels, no ghetto broke-ass customers like progressive. i love it
