The children's company I independant contract for is looking to hire on someone in the Orlando area and Tampa area (Tampa needed ASAP)

I'm the main hostess besides the owner but I am about to go to a FT JOB

Hiring for a Party Rep to assist/perform/entertain at children's birthday parties. No Exp is Necessary. Training Provided. Must be outgoing, love kids, able to multitask. Singing, Dancing, Face Painting, Henna Tattoo's, Performer/Entertainer skills are all a PLUS!

Training Pay is $50.00 After Training earn up to $100.00 per party. They are averaging 4-8 parties a weekend in Tampa currently. PLUS TIPS!

Please respond with your experience and a photo. All inquires must include a photo to be considered.

Mostly weekend work, with an occasionally week day party. Some opportunties during the week over the summer is possible. Must be 18 or older to become a party rep, must have a car/truck/van, valid drivers license and car insurance. Assistant must be 16 or older and possible a valid drivers license. We are a mobile company and a reliable vehicle is required.

LoL well I do a lot of side work, this was just because they needed Ariel last December then she liked me and I started working her Cinderella parties, Day Spa...I'm double booked tomorrow for Day Spa and Poodle Party, Princess Party Thursday (no character), Then Day Spa next Saturday then Mermaid in April...I cant continue to be her main character weekend person as I am most likely about to start FT as assistant manager at my fav store :-)

Then it will be this if Im free, my ebay business, and the FT job...oh and some marketing still and start up business freelance for other companies...I try to keep busy :-)

Oh just to give you an idea of what parties average NOT INCLUDING TIPS and so far only 1 party there were no tips....

1hr character appearance $30
2 Hr Party is like $50-75
2 hr Deluxe Party $100
If you split a deluxe with a helper because too many kids $50 each

It's fun and the kids are great! If you don't fit the costumes she has for Cinderlla, Mermaid, Fairy etc she will get other ones

most requests lately are for Day Spa parties, Cinderella, and deluxe princess parties


Parties are pretty consistant and they book HEAVY in the Spring and Summer so constant income

She is getting all older ladies or really big girls messaging...someone that is versatile is what she needs (dress up as princesses/do day spas/diva/slumber types)....

Just for 4hrs of work Saturday and minimal driving I made $130 check, $20 cash tip and another tip on the way that was written into the 2nd balance of the party. On top of that 80% of the time you get offered free drinks and food ;-) I had the BEST chocolate covered strawberries

These people are paying $200-$600 per party....EASY MONEY anyone?!?! lol

Not EVERY weekend but COULD Be during Spring/Summer this week I'm packed it's my last full week then I promised a Little Mermaid NEXT weekend

I had 2 parties back to back on Saturday, I have a Princess party Thursday morning, than 2 spa parties Saturday.

The issue she is having is she pays you to be trained but she needs someone who is flexible because sometimes people only book a week in advance which is a PITA!!!

She is already getting bookings for WEEKDAYS and it's when school is still in session.

She is behind TARGET at ERLICH so picking up stuff is easy and if she forgets anything she drives it over to your place. You don't have to clean ANYTHING just throw it back in the boxes and she cleans them when you drop it off (day spa washc ltohes etc, princess tea sets...)

It's FUN but my FT job is something I have wanted so long I can not give her the time and devotion needed and she has 3 children, hubby is going to CA for 8 months, and she has a FT job now too!!! So far only one reply.. here...she is really getting a lot of older ladies and more heavy set she needs some cute girls that she can depend on.

You said the parties were only a couple of hours at a time?
I could do that on sommmme weekends. Annnnd I’ve been looking for a part time job after 5:30 during the week. I live just off of ehrlich and work on ehrlich, literally, 3 minutes from that target.

Exactly what does the job entail anyways? Singing, dancing, and frolicking about? :dunno:

LOL ok let me give you the idea of a few things to see if its up your alley :-)

Deluxe Princess Party approx 2hrs

Get there, let girls dress up
Put on make up for them (eye shadow, blush, lip gloss)
Boys get tattoos (rub on water type)

Kids do crafts while waiting on others

Turn the birthday girl into a princess with your wand and glitter magic dust, have her help turn her friends into princesses.

2-3 Games, Pass the magic wand, princess freeze dance, princess limbo (these games are standard for all parties just change the name lol)

Set up the tea party...they get juice and cookies usually....

Show them the princess wave, have them walk around the table to sit down

Have the tea party and read them a book (sometimes if they are young the ask you a million questions...Ariel gets this the most!!!!)

Thursdays party I am not a character, the lil girl is scared...so Im just dressing nice. Princess could be Cinderella, Ariel, Jasmine, Snow White, Aurora, Belle...etc

Take pictures of each child and print it out on the printer with you (this is just for the deluxe party)


Day Spa

Get there set up (a longer set up but party avgs 2hrs with 10-12 kids)

They do each thing in stations. (Facials, Pedicures, Crafts)

Sit a group at facials explain how to put it on and take it off, that takes them 15-20 min. They have cucumbers etc...

Pedicures they soak their feet and you scrub it with an orange and its in a bath soak, dry them off, paint their nails. they read magazines while getting that done

As people finish to switch over they do their craft of making a bath salt container and mixing the salts.

Then play the games...

Then you sit them all down, talk to them about hilary duff or wtfe....and paint their nails

Clean up...

It is so simple, there are more steps

She has other parties

Kim Possible (have not done yet), Dora, Fairy Pirate Parties, Poodle parties....

The lay out is the same just diff STUFF to do

Appearances you are in an out in an hour no matter what....Dressed up usually as a Disney Princess is the most requested...Do the make up and tattoos, read a book, play games, and take pictures (not on or camera or printer but if parents want pics) Whatever you fit in, so usually ask the birthday girl what she wants in what order!

Oh and the only request ever asked once was if Jasmine could kinda belly dance....kids dont know so sure.....but it is not required to dance or sing lol
